SOURCENEXT Forms Business Alliance with ZVT Inc. Limited

(Tokyo, Japan – April 21, 2015) SOURCENEXT Corporation, announced today that they have officially signed a contract on April 21, 2015 to form a business alliance with ZVT Inc. Limited (henceforth referred to as "Zinstall"). Details of the announcement as below:

 

1.      Background of Business Alliance

　　　　Zinstall is one of the leading companies in the world which focuses on the development of disaster recovery and migration software for mainly PC’s (migration of data assets), and provides them to a broad audience including enterprise and consumers.

SOURCENEXT plans to partner up with ZVT to distribute their software as consumer solutions for migrating PC environments to the new Microsoft OS, "Windows 10" (expected to be released this summer).

By taking these highly potential software brought forth by ZVT, SOURCENEXT aims to collaborate their knowledge and experience in the planning / marketing / development of software, to bring forth further growth and new business opportunities for both parties.

　　　

2.      Details of Business Alliance

　　　SOURCENEXT will exclusively distribute Zinstall’s migration software, "Zinstall Migration Kit Pro" (consumer edition)*1 in the Japanese region.
