SOURCENEXT Ranked 27th in the "Best Workplaces in Japan" Ranking

(Tokyo, Japan –February 13, 2015) SOURCENEXT Corporation announced today that they have been ranked 27th in the "Best Workplaces in Japan" Ranking (for the "Organizations with 25 to 99 Employees" category), awarded by Great Place to Work®Institute Japan (henceforth, referred to as "GPTW"). Details of the announcement below.

1.      Summary

SOURCENEXT has been ranked 27th in the "Best Workplaces in Japan" Ranking (for the "Organizations with 25 to 99 Employees" category) publicized on February 13th. This ranking is based upon an anonymous survey carried out by employees of the participating organization, which focuses on the essences of a great workplace, such as "trust", "respect", "fairness", "pride" and "togetherness" and also based upon close evaluations carried out by GPTW on the participating organizations’ corporate culture, its corporate policies, as well as its human resources management practices, all judged with global standards.

The survey is weighted heavily on the actual voice of workers –where 2/3 of the total score is based on the employee questionnaire and 1/3 based upon the reporting from the organizations.

SOURCENEXT comments on this, saying –"we operate under a ‘minimum workforce that maximizes output’, and so naturally our environment offers individuals with a chance to voice their opinions and make direct influences on the company’s results. Each and every one of our employees believe strongly that they are capable of changing the world around them, which strengthens the sense of togetherness, and we make sure that each employee’s efforts are equally rewarded. We also operate under a personnel policy which focuses on equality and fairness –not ever allowing aspects such as nationality, gender, age or experience be used as basis for any judgment. Creating a great workplace is a never-ending process, and we aim to continue improving and providing a better environment that allows our workers to maximize their potentials and by doing so, we aim to realize our vision of ‘becoming the most exciting company in the world’ and achieve our corporate mission of ‘creating products that inspire joy and move the world’".
